"He has a ton of bodyguards there and they’re really scary.”

Rossum, who was scared off by his crew, did, however, get a glimpse of the star. “He pulled up in his Bentley and then went inside…he was actually rapping as he got out of the car. He was like, ‘Ball so hard motherf—kers wanna’…and I was like, yup, Justin Bieber is my neighbor, that’s cool.”As it’s widely known, the 21-year-old isn’t exactly the ideal neighbor. The “Boyfriend” singer has not only reportedly spit on neighbors, but is also now getting sued by his Calabasas neighbor whom he egged and after battling misdemeanor vandalism charges had to pay $80,000 in restitution to.

“It was so surreal for me,” Rossum added of witnessing her neighbor in action. “I’m not going to ask for a cup of sugar.” And don’t count Rossum in on those house parties, either. “I don’t think he’s going to invite me. I think I’m too old for his demo,” she said, laughing
